Discover the natural wonders of Tanzania on this 2-day adventure to the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater. Known as the world’s largest inactive volcanic caldera, Ngorongoro is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that teems with wildlife and offers unparalleled game-viewing opportunities. This tour starts from Zanzibar and will take you to explore the famous crater, home to the “Big Five” and a diverse range of other species. You will spot so many animals like lions, Rhinos, Zebras, Wildebeest and so on.
Itinerary:
Day 1: Ngorongoro Crater Safari
- Early morning pick-up from your hotel in Zanzibar.
- Transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your domestic flight to Arusha Airport.
- Upon arrival, transfer directly to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
- Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater, home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffalo, and the endangered black rhino. A packed lunch will be provided during your drive.
- After your game drive, transfer to Africa Safari Lake Manyara for an overnight stay in a comfortable tent. Full board (FB) services included.
Day 2: Return to Zanzibar
- Start your day with an early breakfast and check-out from your accommodation.
- Transfer back to Arusha Airport, with a packed lunch provided for your journey.
- Take a midday flight from Arusha to Zanzibar, followed by a transfer back to your hotel
