Fixed departure times apply, and guests are required to arrive 30 minutes before departure for a full safety and experience briefing at the fully air-conditioned departure lounge in Forodhani Gardens, Stone Town

1. Arrival & Pre-Tour Briefing (30 minutes)

• Check in at the Stone Town Departure Lounge – Forodhani Gardens.

• Enjoy free WiFi, snacks, and drinks while waiting.

• Professional safety briefing. Children receive life jackets here; adults receive life jackets onboard.

• You may leave large baggage in the secure lounge for convenience.

2. Boarding the Shuttle Boat (5–10 minutes)

• Your guide escorts you from the lounge to the shuttle boat (RIB).

• Boarding may be from the nearby stairs or beach depending on tides.

• Short transfer to the floating semi-submarine boarding platform.

3. Welcome & Introduction (5 minutes)

• Captain and crew welcome you aboard.

• Quick orientation on safety, seating, window usage, and movement between upper and lower decks.

4. Cruise to the Coral Reef (Approx. 30 minutes)

• Start your journey from Stone Town towards Bawe Island.

• Relax on the upper deck and enjoy the breeze.

• Your marine guide will share information about Zanzibar’s history, Stone Town, and the surrounding islands.

• Once approaching the reef, your guide will advise you to move to the lower deck.

5. Underwater Viewing Session (Approx. 45–60 minutes)

• Enjoy panoramic underwater views through the large unbreakable windows.

• Observe fish, corals, and marine life while following the guide’s commentary with fish & coral ID charts.

• Watch divers outside interact with marine life and take free memory photos of you through the windows.

• Lower deck equipped with A/C, USB ports, seating for 8, and life jackets.

6. Return Cruise & Disembarkation

• Move between the upper and lower deck freely as the submarine heads back.

• Disembark to the shuttle boat and return to Stone Town.

• End of the tour and farewell from the guides.
